I took these picture in this post on a sunny sunday morning after staying here for a full week. That day I didn't know that, I'm going to move out on the next day.

I won't have a good chance to snap some nice view of the surrounding again if I miss this one. In fact, I was starting to feel more comfortable to stay there. Anyway internet is a basic need for me and you, so I need to go!

This is the Zircon apartment entrance. In fact the entrance is at the end of the road. I think according to chinese feng shui, this is not a very good location for the main entrance. The kid just admire my action :)

Who say indian don't apply feng shui in their construction? Take a look at this! This should be their way to counter the bad feng shui of the main entrance! They place this facing the main entrance. Look like wok right? Hence, the balance of 'Qi' is achieved..

After you read 'Rich dad, poor dad', you can't buy a few units here and rent it out to pay your loan. At least get the society office permission. If running a service apartment is not permitted (see the notice board), then what was I staying at?

Next to Zircon, there is another newer and nicer apartment(right) seems like still unoccupied

Horse carriage with wheels. Got plate number somemore, not sure whether need road tax or not..

There is a swimming pool and beside is a gym. I was not sure why the apartment caretaker told me there is no gym there. Maybe I was not allowed to use it.

Because of the economy turn down, many constructions in Pune halted. Buyers those is a fan of 'rich poor dad' facing trouble.

TVS Apache RTR 160 Fi Motorbike - even though road in Pune is not in very good condition, but you can't see a kapcai(smaller cc bike) on the road. If not as good, people here are at least having the same type or class as this bike
